Job summary

Cyclops Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You will ensure safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence while maintaining top quality standards.

You will own project scope, planning, and risks, acting as Owner's Representative for clients as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing or coordinating industrial projects.
• Solid engineering background with leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Hands-on problem solver with a make it happen mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Own project scope, planning, budget, risks and execution.
• Act as Owner's Representative for clients or as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure clear communication throughout all phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to Cyclops Poland's growth by delivering successful projects and developing long-term client relationships.
