Qualifications

• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to draw conclusions.
• Presentation and data storytelling skills.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
• A “can do” attitude and adaptability to change.
• Great team player.

Responsibilities

• Working on process improvements based on data and feedback.
• Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes.
• Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management.
• Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development.
• Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities.
