Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analyst to support KPIs, budgeting, and utilization across consulting teams in Wrocław. You will identify automation opportunities, develop plans for headcount, and deliver insights for leadership.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel. Polish language proficiency is preferred to collaborate effectively with local teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate (ideally).
• Proficiency in Polish (ideally).
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Client-centric mindset and sense of urgency.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support KPIs in business delivery, learning and compliance.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Analyze budgets, productivity and utilization, including ad hoc assessments.
• Develop the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets.
• Provide reports, presentations and insights to consulting teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance and other departments.
• Prepare and quality-check reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation.
