Job summary

LEO Pharma in Poland invites applications for a Senior Clinical Process Manager to drive continuous improvement across Global Clinical Development. You will optimize processes, systems, and tools, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role is remote with occasional hub-based work near Gdansk and some travel. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in science, 5–8 years in clinical drug development, strong GCP knowledge, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience within clinical drug development
• Strong knowledge of GCP (including clinical trial supply), drug development processes, and clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint is considered an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Experience in running continuous improvement governance boards
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, adapt to change, and influence others

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous process improvements across systems, tools, and workflows
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives end-to-end
• Leverage AI-driven insights and automation to improve efficiency and performance
• Support onboarding, integration, and transition of new assets or divestments ensuring knowledge transfer and minimal disruption
• Design and improve compliant processes across internal teams and outsourced partners
• Proactively capture, share, and communicate lessons learned and best practices
• Prepare and deliver updates and recommendations to Steering Committees and Leadership Teams
• Support operational excellence through strong stakeholder engagement
• Support quality and compliance activities including Change Controls and CAPAs
• Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional collaboration for process improvements and project execution
• Drive governance boards, prepare materials, facilitate discussions, and follow up on actions
