Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Scrum Master for the Employee IT Team in Wroclaw. You will coach product teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration, delivery, and value across a complex international IT landscape.

You'll drive organizational change, remove impediments, and promote agile practices while partnering with across‑team interfaces. Hybrid work is offered with a modern office in Wroclaw.

• Driving team development by coaching teams and Agile roles toward stronger collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Identifying impediments and root causes that limit team effectiveness, flow, and value delivery
• Improving ways of working with teams, interfaces, and stakeholders while considering end-to-end value stream
• Facilitating organizational change across product groups, teams, and stakeholder structures
• Coaching teams and stakeholders in agile values, principles, and fit-for-purpose frameworks
• Strengthening cross-team collaboration and visibility of dependencies and friction
• Supporting conflict resolution, alignment, and decision-making in international settings
• Contributing to organizational transformation and post-merger integration

General Information

As a Scrum Master with a strong focus on team and organizational development, you help product teams and stakeholders improve how they collaborate, solve problems, and deliver value. You work across team boundaries, identify systemic impediments, and support sustainable improvements in a complex international IT environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Driving team development by coaching teams and Agile roles toward stronger collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Identifyingand addressing impediments and root causes that limit team effectiveness, flow, and value delivery
• Improvingways of working together with teams, interfaces, and stakeholders while taking the end-to-end value stream into account
• Facilitatingand supporting organizational change across product groups, teams, and relevant stakeholder structures
• Coachingteams and stakeholders in the practical application of agile values, principles, and fit-for-purpose frameworks
• Strengtheningcross-team collaboration and helping make organizational patterns, dependencies, and friction visible
• Supportingconflict resolution, alignment, and decision-making in complex and international settings
• Contributingto the further development of the organization in the context of ongoing transformation and post-merger integration
• Helpingteams become more effective and self-sustaining rather than creating dependency on the Scrum Master role

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience as aScrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within complex IT environments
• Proven experience incoaching and developing teamsand driving sustainable improvements in collaboration and delivery
• Strong practical understanding ofagile ways of working, with the ability to apply frameworks pragmatically rather than dogmatically
• Solid experience inchange management, facilitation, mediation, and coaching
• Good understanding oforganizational dynamics, dependencies, and systemic impediments
• Experience in anIT operations and/or product-oriented environment
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools such as Miro or Conceptboard
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across cultures and functions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote collaboration and team visibility
