Schaeffler is offering an IAM internship in Wroclaw to gain hands-on experience in identity and access management. You will assist with incident tickets, support IAM system maintenance, and participate in process improvements within a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• English proficiency (min B2) in speech and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands-on experience in the field.
• Supporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus
