Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an ICT Engagements Coordinator to align ICT projects and initiatives across technical teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers. You will drive delivery coordination, governance and reporting to ensure successful collaboration across networks, cloud, cybersecurity and databases.

The role emphasizes technical readiness, stakeholder engagement, and robust governance across ICT domains for international projects within the European Institutions market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience, with at least 3 years in ICT project/engagement coordination or IT delivery.
• Proficiency in English, certified by a recognised language certification.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Good understanding of ICT infrastructure (networks, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, cybersecurity, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects and initiatives through all lifecycle stages, ensuring scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across ICT domains including networks, cloud/datacentre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring and operations.
• Track progress, resources, risks, issues, changes and dependencies, escalate blockers.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status reviews with clear actions and decisions.
• Coordinate technical readiness activities covering environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, security and dependencies.
• Support engagement with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and external consultants, including contract implementation.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports and governance records.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, operational readiness, handover and closure activities with continual process improvement.
