Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating ICT projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple ICT infrastructure projects with diverse domains.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across networks, cloud, IAM, databases, endpoints, cybersecurity, and monitoring.
• Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement, or ICT contract implementation.
• Proficient with project/service management tools: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner.
• Certification: PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of ICT infrastructure projects and technical initiatives within a complex and multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities across multiple technology domains, facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensure effective planning, monitoring, governance, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Working under the direction of the designated Project Manager or Operational Actor, you will contribute to the successful delivery of ICT initiatives while ensuring alignment with established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and operational requirements.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

ICT Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Prepare and maintain project scope, schedules, milestones, work packages, acceptance criteria, and project control documentation.
• Track project progress, resources, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation when required.
• Coordinate several small to medium-sized ICT initiatives simultaneously while supporting the delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Maintain alignment with PM², Agile, or other approved project delivery methodologies.

ICT Infrastructure Engagement and Technical Readiness

• Coordinate activities across multiple technical domains, including networks, cloud and data centre services, cybersecurity, databases, identity and access management, workplace services, monitoring, and service operations.
• Facilitate technical scoping, readiness assessments, and planning activities covering environments, access requirements, capacity, integrations, testing, architecture, security, and operational dependencies.
• Coordinate collaboration between technical teams, business owners, subject matter experts, and specialist functions.
• Identify project blockers, operational risks, and cross-team dependencies, ensuring they are appropriately managed and escalated.

Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination

• Organise and facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, progress reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, decision records, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate communication with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, consultants, and external partners.
• Support the preparation of procurement-related documentation, including Procurement Requests, Requests for Service, Terms of Reference, and related project inputs.
• Assist in supplier mobilisation and contract implementation by monitoring deliverables, acceptance activities, actions, dependencies, and resource utilisation.

Governance, Reporting, Transition, and Continuous Improvement

• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, status reports, action plans, dependency records, decision logs, change logs, and project repositories.
• Produce concise management reporting and project briefing materials.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, operational readiness, service transition, handover activities, knowledge transfer, and project closure.
• Support lessons learned activities and identify opportunities to improve project coordination, governance, reporting, and knowledge management processes.
• Perform other project coordination duties as required.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects or initiatives involving multiple technical domains.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating dependencies across at least three of the following areas: Network infrastructure, cloud and data centre services, databases, identity and access management (IAM), endpoint and workplace services, cybersecurity and architecture, monitoring services, service operations.
• Experience supporting supplier engagement activities, procurement processes, proof-of-concept initiatives, or ICT contract implementation.
• Practical experience using project and service management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, or equivalent solutions.

Certification Requirement

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications, or an internationally recognised equivalent recognised by the Contracting Authority:

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• An internationally recognised equivalent project management certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.
