Job summary

Frontex is seeking an ICT Engagements Coordinator in Warsaw (50% on-site, 50% remote) to support the Digital Operations Sector. You will drive ICT project lifecycle, coordinate across networks, data centres, IAM and security, and manage stakeholder and supplier interactions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in ICT project coordination and relevant certifications. As a mission-based engagement, it runs for 48 months with a flexible rate, not restricted to a fixed salary.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives at a similar position.
• Experience coordinating multiple ICT infrastructure projects across several technical domains.
• Experience linking dependencies across networking, cloud/data centers, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace, monitoring or service operations.
• Proven involvement in supplier engagement, procurement docs, PoCs or ICT contracts.
• Practical use of project/service-management tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Planner).

Responsibilities

• ICT delivery coordination for initiatives via PM², Agile or Frontex-approved methods.
• Coordinate engagement across networks, cloud/data center, cybersecurity, IAM, modern workplace, monitoring, service desk.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, minutes, actions and decisions; liaise with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain plans, dashboards, status reports and auditable project repository; support testing and handover.
