Job summary

Auctane is scaling its Poland hub and seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Poland's engineering org. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top software engineers, partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Wroclaw at least two days a week. You will collaborate on global TA processes, deliver data-driven insights, and manage candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for Technical/Engineering roles at a high-growth company.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Able to manage multiple roles and build a humming pipeline (active/passive).

About the role

As our Poland hub continues to scale as one of Auctane's most strategic engineering locations, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Poland engineering organization. You'll own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of exceptional technical talent, partnering closely with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. This position is a hybrid role based in Wroclaw, Poland. It is expected that employees be in the office at least two days a week. The salary for this role is up to 11.5K PLN gross per month (UoP)

What will you be doing?
