Job summary

Capco, a global management and technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Warsaw team. This hybrid role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technology and business consulting roles, centered in Poland and engaging with international stakeholders.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screen and interview, advise hiring managers on market trends, and manage candidate experiences through offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in tech/consulting.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and role-fit assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology and business consulting roles.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for experience, skills, motivation.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market and recruitment approaches.
• Coordinate candidate relationships through offer and onboarding.
