Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and growth of the Digital Competencies within the Consulting Poland Organization. You will shape digital service offerings, drive certifications, enable technical excellence, and align with business and client needs.

You will manage a team of specialists, collaborate with leadership and delivery teams, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13+ years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong leadership with 10+ years of experience managing technical or consulting teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to coaching and developing others within the team.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Digital Competency development strategy across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on digital technologies and solutions.
• Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and oversee certification initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Solutioning to align capabilities with client demand.
• Develop partnerships with technology providers to leverage programs and co-sell opportunities.
• Create roadmaps for capability building around cloud, data analytics, AI, and emerging tech.
• Monitor progress toward competency targets and business impact.
• Support design and launch of new digital-based services and solutions.
• Foster continuous learning and technical excellence within EY GDS Poland.
