Job summary

EY GDS Poland, a member of EY's global service delivery network, is seeking a highly experienced Business Consultant to join ITS. Located in Katowice with a mix of 2 days in office and 3 days remote, you will support executive leadership on transformation programs across project management, change management, and design thinking.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in management or business consulting, a Master’s degree, advanced MS Office skills, and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in management/business consulting.
• Advanced MS Office skills to develop engaging presentations and dashboards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management or Design Thinking are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and change management.
• Familiarity with AI in business contexts and ethical AI considerations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and opportunities; lead teams toward outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner and Functional Head levels.
• Perform rapid landscape assessments and provide insights to accelerate action.
• Develop roadmaps for project management, change management, and design thinking initiatives.
• Lead complex projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery and quality.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for organizational transformation.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and contribute to methodology development.
• Provide strategic insights on AI trends and their business implications.
