Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a Senior Manager for Business Consulting to lead delivery excellence and drive growth across Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI-enabled change. You will partner with EY Member Firms, shape market propositions, and build high-performing teams across Poland.

The role requires 12–15 years of consulting experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English, with regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years consulting experience
• ≥5 years in a leadership position
• Deep expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI-enabled change
• Experience with GDS/offshore delivery models
• Strong internal influencing skills
• Poland-based with regular travel
