Job summary

EY GDS Poland is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Investment Operations, Post-Trade & Asset Servicing stream. Location options include Katowice, Wrocław and Warszawa with a 2 days in-office / 3 days remote setup.

You will lead requirements workshops, map target-state operating models, and document clear business and functional specifications for cross-functional teams. Collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams using JIRA, Confluence and Visio is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services, Wealth & Asset Management or capital markets.
• Hands-on BA including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of post-trade areas: settlements, custody, asset servicing.
• Experience supporting testing: SIT/UAT, regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis workshops with business, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Analyse current-state processes and define target-state operating models across post-trade, custody, settlements, asset servicing and related investment operations areas.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps and operating procedures.
• Support business process mapping, customer journey mapping, requirements lifecycle management and solution evaluation.
• Work with testing teams to define test scenarios, support SIT/UAT preparation, validate business outcomes and assist with defect resolution.
• Collaborate with client teams and delivery teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
• Support proposal, mobilisation and delivery activities for nearshore and hybrid delivery models.
