Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, seeks a General Accountant and Accounts Payable to keep AP processes efficient across Europe. You will collaborate with the SSC and Finance Controller to resolve complex invoicing issues and support procurement-related analytics.

The role requires a university accounting degree, 5+ years in an international context, and fluency in English. Proficiency with SAP FI-CO and Microsoft Office is essential, with exposure to SOX controls

Formación

• Hold a university degree in accounting (2–3 years of higher education).
• More than 5 years of experience in an international organization is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (FI-CO) or another ERP system.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of accounts payable processes and serve as liaison between SSC and Markem-Imaje departments.
• Monitor performance metrics of the SSC related to accounts payable and support non-finance teams.
• Validate and track payments and assist with intercompany invoices and provisions during monthly closings.
• Support SOX controls, external audits, and ad hoc analyses; resolve VAT, import/export, and price disputes.
