Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a General Accountant and Accounts Payable specialist to support accounts payable within the Dover Europe scope. The role partners with the Financial Controller and SSC to ensure timely payments and accurate postings.

You will monitor AP processes, assist cross-functional teams, and contribute to SOX controls and monthly closings in a hybrid Poland-based setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting (2–3 years of higher education).
• 5+ years in an international organization preferred.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient AP processes and act as liaison between SSC and departments.
• Validate and track payments; monitor AP metrics.
• Support non-finance teams and resolve AP issues.
• Assist with SOX controls and monthly closings.
