Job summary

The Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) General Accountant and Accounts Payable role is based in Poland with hybrid work options at POL - 105 Katowicka Avenue, Kajetany. You will manage AP processes, liaise with SSC, and support VAT, import/export and intercompany invoicing in a multinational environment.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree, 5+ years' experience in international settings, and proficiency in SAP FI-CO and MS Office. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting (2–3 years higher education).
• 5+ years of experience in international organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP FI-CO or similar ERP.
• Fluency in English required.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency of accounts payable processes and serve as liaison with SSC.
• Validate and track payments; resolve VAT, import/export issues.
• Monitor reconciliations and support SOX controls.
• Prepare intercompany invoicing and assist audits.
