Job summary

Capgemini Kraków invites you to join a finance team responsible for end-to-end monthly reporting, including P&L, cash flow and capex, with variance analyses for senior stakeholders.

You’ll support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while driving process improvements and automation across the business. English proficiency and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in financial reporting, controlling, or business analysis with P&L ownership.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and fluent in English across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly reporting cycles including full P&L, cash flow, and capex.
• Provide variance analyses and performance commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning activities.
• Deliver ad hoc insights, scenario modeling and analytical support across finance and business teams.
• Develop rolling forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and KPI tracking.
