Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Romanian-speaking After Sales Service Technical Advisor to provide technical support to partners and customers in the Romanian market. You will diagnose issues, validate service claims, and collaborate with R&D and logistics to implement improvements.

Responsibilities include training service partners, supporting warranty processes, and analyzing after-sales data to drive process enhancements. Hybrid work model, with travel for short trips within Romania.

Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanical, electrical, automation, mechatronics or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive, machinery or related industries (service, technical advisory or customer support).
• Very good command of Romanian (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation/diagrams (mechanical or electrical).
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel for short business trips (within Romania).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to service partners and end customers, primarily in the Romanian market.
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues related to products and equipment.
• Validate service claims and oversee accuracy of processing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare and deliver basic technical training sessions for service partners.
• Participate in audits and service visits at international partner locations.
• Analyze after-sales data and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Initiate and support activities to develop service processes within the region.
