MSX International is seeking an experienced Field Technical Support Specialist to join our automotive services team. You will handle escalated technical cases, analyze diagnostics, and translate OEM docs into clear repair instructions for workshops.

Based in a field role covering Romania, you will provide on-site and remote support to dealers, produce structured reports for OEMs and internal stakeholders, monitor key KPIs, and contribute to the knowledge base in a dynamic, international

Competenze

Strong automotive technical background with diagnostics and complex repair experience.
Ability to analyze fault codes and log files to identify root causes.
Translate OEM documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Team player with proactive attitude in multi-market environments.

Mansioni

Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support and defining corrective actions.
Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely repairs.
Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring activity KPIs and flagging early warning signals on product or process issues.
Contributing to the technical knowledge base and continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshop.
