Job summary

Reply in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Project Manager / Account Manager to guide customer journeys, track delivery milestones, and grow relationships across a portfolio.

You will own data quality across core business systems, support quotations and renewals, monitor product adoption, and produce regular management reports with a distributed team in a hybrid work setup. Excellent English communication, analytical mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a business/technology related subject such as business analytics, data analytics, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• At least three years of experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw practical conclusions from data.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident working across business systems and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision in a distributed team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and working with customers so they get full value from what they have bought.
• Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements.
• Supporting the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting.
• Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management.
• Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show.
