Job summary

Reply Group is hiring for a role focused on project management, account management, and business analysis. You will track delivery milestones, act as the primary contact for key customers, and ensure customers gain full value from our solutions.

Responsibilities include supporting the commercial cycle, owning data quality across core systems, and delivering regular management reports. A hybrid/remote setup with weekly office visits is available.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Able to work across business systems and learn new tools quickly.
• Hybrid or remote work with at least one office visit per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, track milestones, and monitor progress against plans.
• Handle account management for existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive customer success by ensuring product adoption and value realization.
• Analyze business processes and document improvements.
• Support commercial cycles including quotations and renewals analysis.
• Ensure data quality across CRM, deal pipeline, and order management.
• Produce regular management reports on commercial performance and customer health.
