Job summary

Reply Polska Sp. z o.o. in Katowice is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications, design end-to-end business and technical solutions, and manage the product backlog with agile teams.

You will collaborate with AWS and microservices teams, contribute to SAFe processes, attend monthly plan meetings in Katowice, and create dashboards and documentation to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working in an agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding of product backlog management and agile delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
• Knowledge of SAFe practices and frameworks.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Communication skills in German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end business and technical solutions in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Manage the product backlog, support sprint planning, and coordinate deliverables with development teams.
• Plan, track, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Create documentation, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations to support decision-making.
• Support service rollouts across different markets and use cases.
• Analyze issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and support bug-fix activities for live services.
• Drive requirement engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build strong product and business domain knowledge, acting as a key contact for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams working on AWS-based solutions and microservices architectures.
• Work in Agile environments using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Meet with your team in our Katowice office at least once a month to plan work, align priorities, and discuss progress.
