Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Kraków seeks a Product Support Analyst to help improve processes and support the Alternatives platform. You will partner with business users, tech teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and drive efficiency.

The role requires several years in financial services and strong requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT leadership. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office days aligned to family needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis, quality assurance, project management, or related experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience preferred.
• Experience working on systems implementations or business transformation projects preferred.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and fund administration preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage and support project delivery, including implementation planning, testing, training, and rollout activities.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and results analysis.
• Partner with business users, technology teams, and vendors to design and implement solutions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for new functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and operational processes.
• Mentor junior Product Support Analysts and review business requirements documentation.
• Support ongoing operational excellence through service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
