Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków seeks a Finance/Business Analyst to join the Alternative Product Support Team. You will collaborate with accounting and consolidation teams to analyze processes, draft requirements, and design testing plans for implementation.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, security, and participation in automation projects such as Copilot, with hybrid work and a focus on developing professionally while balancing family needs.

Qualifications

• Current or former student in accounting, business, finance or economics.
• 1+ year experience in accounting/consolidation, application support, business analysis or QA analyst preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Prior involvement or experience with financial services systems and projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounting and Consolidation systems.
• Static data maintenance.
• Prepare, review, and maintain business requirements documentation.
• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing plans and scripts.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and process documentation.
• Act as Security Coordinator for supported applications, ensuring access controls and audit support.
• Participate in team and interdepartmental projects, including automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Understand impact of work product and risks; attention to detail is critical.
