Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Product Support Specialist to join our Fund Services Product Support Team. You will analyze, automate and troubleshoot Financial Reporting issues with internal applications and support day-to-day inquiries.

You will work with Unity, participate in roll-out training, and contribute to process improvements in a hybrid environment (3 days in office). A Bachelor's degree and English at C1 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong English level (C1).
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with business users and IT in a team.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day inquiry tracking and resolution.
• Act as point of contact for Unity (internal application).
• Analyze and design automated solutions to business problems.
• Support roll-out training and user support for new products.
• Support change processes with regression testing and wellness checks.
• Participate in meetings to improve Financial Reporting processes.
