Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Krakow invites you to join as an Intern in the Alternatives Product Support Team. You’ll work with business users, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues, review requirements, and test new features for seven system applications.

This paid internship spans six months and offers flexible hours within 8:00–18:00, Monday–Friday. Ideal candidates are English-proficient students (minimum year III) with analytical and communication strengths, a proactive

Qualifications

Fluent in English (minimum B2).
A creative mindset combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
A student of minimum III year (end/or in the middle of III year).
A team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to learn and grow.
Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing tasks and priorities.
Availability of at least 24 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00–18:00).
MS Office skills.
Basic Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day application support and troubleshooting issues reported by business users.
Gathering, analyzing, and reviewing business requirements for system enhancements.
Testing new features in test environments and executing test scripts.
Preparing and maintaining user guides, procedures, and project documentation.
Collaborating with business teams, developers, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
Participating in Scrum events.
