Banking Circle in Warsaw is seeking a Procurement Manager to own end-to-end procurement across tech and operational services. You will work with Technology, Legal, Risk and Finance to drive commercial, contractual and governance outcomes.

The role focuses on software, SaaS, professional services and outsourced providers, with a hybrid office model and an emphasis on pragmatic processes and value creation.

Competenze

• University degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or similar.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, vendor or contract management.
• Experience with technology procurements: SaaS, licensing, cloud, or MSP.

Mansioni

• Own supplier onboarding, renewals, sourcing and contract lifecycle management.
• Lead supplier negotiations balancing cost, risk and value.
• Identify savings, optimize supplier risk and procurement processes.
• Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and collaborate with Legal, Risk and Finance.
• Be the primary procurement contact for internal stakeholders.
