Banking Circle in Warsaw is seeking a Buyer for the Procurement & Outsourcing team to manage end-to-end renewals and supplier onboarding. You will collaborate with Technology, Legal, Risk, and Finance to drive commercially sound outcomes and maintain audit-ready records while supporting ongoing procurement execution and continuous improvement.

The role offers a hybrid work model with regular office presence to build relationships and momentum within the team.

Formación

2–4 years of procurement experience.
End-to-end renewal and onboarding ownership.
Exposure to IT software/services procurement and outsourcing frameworks (e.g., DORA).

Responsabilidades

Manage renewals and supplier onboarding end to end within defined thresholds.
Support RFIs/RFPs, evaluation, supplier interaction and recommendations.
Prepare spend analyses, contract reviews, benchmarks and savings opportunities.
Act as primary procurement contact for internal stakeholders.
Drive supplier onboarding and due diligence, coordinating reviews and approvals.
Manage contract administration and track upcoming renewals; keep records audit-ready.
Procurement intake and coordination via mailbox; triage requests across Legal/Risk/Finance.
