Job summary

Banking Circle, Warsaw, seeks a Procurement Governance & Reporting Analyst to lead governance and reporting in the Procurement team. You will manage third-party and intragroup arrangements, develop management reports and KPIs, and support regulatory and audit processes.

The role offers hybrid work and visibility across functions, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvements. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk to enhance controls and reporting tooling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience across banking, fintech, governance, reporting, procurement, outsourcing, or third‑party risk management.
• Hands-on experience preparing management reporting, KPIs, and governance materials; maintaining registers/inventories.
• Solid understanding of DORA, outsourcing requirements, operational resilience, and governance frameworks.
• Strong data analysis, high data accuracy, proficient in Excel; reporting tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register management & data governance for third-party and intragroup arrangements.
• Assist with management reporting, KPIs, and governance documents; ad-hoc reporting.
• Regulatory & audit support; prepare documentation for regulators and controls.
• Issue and incident management within Procurement; tracking and remediation.
• Maintain outsourcing, procurement, and governance documentation and controls.
• Coordinate with Business, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.
• Contribute to reporting automation and governance tool enhancements.
