Job summary

Vodeno is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Warsaw. You will coordinate end-to-end procurement for software, hardware, SaaS, and services, while supporting supplier selection and contract negotiations. You will track SLAs, renewals, and drive cost optimization in collaboration with IT, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires strong English, analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a cloud-based setup. Hybrid work options and an innovative digital bank environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally IT/software licensing or professional services.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication in English (C1) and strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with cloud-based tools and Microsoft/Google productivity suites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS, and services.
• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation for best value.
• Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track SLAs/KPIs.
• Maintain procurement records and support audits when required.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance across projects.
