Job summary

CANPACK Group, a global packaging leader headquartered in Krakow, seeks a Procurement Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay activities for assigned categories. You will coordinate with Logistics, monitor supplier delivery and documentation, and drive supplier performance in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar role, a strong English command, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Average 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educational background in Supply Chain or Business/Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Fluency in English – as a must, verbal and written.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• SAP knowledge - as an advantage.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Procure to Pay process for assigned goods category, including Purchase Orders creation/modification and supplier delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with Logistics to prepare instructions for suppliers for investment projects.
• Monitor delivery times, documentation, and supplier requirements with CANPACK entities.
• Foster supplier relationships and effective supply chain partnerships.
• Engage vendors to achieve best-in-class quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and internal/external stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Work with SAP and TMS systems.
• Prepare analyses as needed.
