Job summary

CANPACK Group in Kraków is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to cover a replacement contract within our global supply chain. You will oversee the full Procure to Pay cycle and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

In this role you will work in SAP and TMS, build strong supplier relationships, and strive for continuous improvement in supplier performance. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educational background in Supply Chain, Business or Economics (Master's preferred).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Attention to detail with a deadline-driven mindset.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full Procure to Pay cycle from PO to settlement for assigned goods category.
• Prepare supplier instructions with Logistics for project investments.
• Coordinate delivery times and documentation with vendors and CANPACK entities.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and stakeholders to capture business requirements.
• Work in SAP and TMS; prepare analyses as needed.
