Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a PMO specialist for Investments Operations & Analytics within the ICS Portfolio. The role supports governance, artefact management and reporting using SharePoint, Clarity and Confluence, aligning with the bank’s control framework.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, programme managers and senior leaders to ensure quality data, risk, dependencies and financials are captured and reported accurately.

Qualifications

• Agile methodologies and project management experience, especially in governance.
• Knowledge of IT standards, procedures and policies.
• Familiarity with change control and IT security policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality project artefacts, schedules, risks and issues registers.
• Ensure governance standards and auditable approvals across the programme.
• Keep Clarity, budgets and milestones up to date for governance bodies.
