Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a PMO/Financial Analyst to support financial management activities within large-scale, international transformation programmes, focusing on cost control, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, develop dashboards in Power BI, use MS Project and Excel, and provide transparent financial insights. Fluent English and a hybrid work model (two days in the office) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO or financial analyst role within a project or programme environment.
• Experience with Clarity.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in English and open to a hybrid work arrangement (two office days per week).

Responsibilities

• Support programme financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage resources tracking, including identification, validation, and reporting of financial metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance departments, and senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Participate in programme governance forums, including Steering Committees, providing financial insights and updates.
