Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a NAV and 3rd Party Oversight Officer to oversee NAV calculations and fund accounting for European and US funds. The role involves governance, regulatory reporting support, and working with external service providers in a hybrid work model with some in-office days.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fund accounting or NAV oversight, deep knowledge of European (UCITS/AIFs) and US fund structures, and experience with IFRS/US GAAP and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• NAV Oversight: oversee daily/weekly/monthly NAV calculations for European and US funds; review NAV packages and reports.
• Fund Accounting Oversight: review investments, derivatives, FX, corporate actions, income accruals and taxation.
• NAV Error Management: investigate NAV errors, perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Oversight of Third-Party Service Providers: review provider controls, monitor KPIs and KRIs, participate in due diligence.
• Regulatory and Risk Management: maintain understanding of UCITS/AIFMD/FCA/1940 Act and support regulatory exams.
