Job summary

State Street Investment Management in Kraków is seeking a NAV and 3rd Party Oversight Senior Associate to support NAV calculations, fund accounting oversight, and service provider governance within a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration across EMEA and US fund structures, with several days in the office per week. You will interact with external administrators and contribute to regulatory reporting and onboarding testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting, NAV oversight, fund operations, valuation oversight, or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of European fund structures including UCITS and AIFs.
• Knowledge of US fund structures including ETFs and Master/Feeder structures.
• Experience working with third-party fund administrators and dep matrices (depositaries).
• Understanding of investment products across equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX and alternatives.
• Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, SEC and IRS standards as they apply to investment companies.

Responsibilities

• NAV oversight: review NAV reports, ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Fund accounting oversight: monitor investments, income, expenses, FX, and derivatives.
• Investigate breaks and exceptions; support capital activity and accrual calculations.
• Review NAV movements against benchmarks and monitor tolerances.
• Support third-party administrator oversight and service provider performance.
• Contribute to regulatory and risk management improvements and documentation.
