Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a NAV Oversight Senior Associate to support governance and oversight for EMEA and US NAV calculations. The role requires collaboration with external fund administrators and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely onboarding via UAT.

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, focused on oversight of NAV calculations, regulatory reporting, and risk controls across multiple fund structures including UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, and Master/Feeders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting, NAV oversight, fund operations, valuation oversight, or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of European fund structures, including UCITS and AIFs.
• Knowledge of US fund structures, including ETFs and Master/Feeders.
• Experience working with third-party fund administrators and depositaries.
• Understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and alternative investments.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SEC and IRS standards as they apply to investment companies, partnerships and other fund structures.

Responsibilities

• NAV Oversight: review reports, assist in NAV calculations by third parties, verify deadlines, and escalate exceptions.
• Fund Accounting Oversight: monitor investments, expenses, fx transactions, corporate actions, and derivatives.
• NAV Error Management: investigate errors, track issues, and prepare management summaries.
• Oversight of Third-Party Service Providers: monitor performance, document outcomes, and follow up actions.
• Regulatory and Risk Management: ensure controls are documented and drive process improvements.
