Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to manage and support ongoing projects while ensuring effective cross-department collaboration. The role combines in-office presence twice a week with the flexibility of remote work.

Key tasks include planning, monitoring, KPI reporting, governance participation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in PMO and strong communication are essential, with English and Polish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months commercial experience in project management or PMO role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and monitor assigned projects and tasks.
• Oversee KPI verification, reporting, and control.
• Participate in meetings and governance processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Support migration projects and maintain tasks using JIRA.
