Job summary

Rödl & Partner in Warsaw is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to support and coordinate international IT projects across our global locations.

You will work with internal teams and external partners across countries, manage timelines and documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned to meet deadlines. A university degree and first PM experience help you succeed in this role within a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in project management, operations, facilities, or a similar field.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, timelines, and external partners is an advantage.
• Strong interest in international projects and global operations.
• Language skills: Polish, English and German (written and spoken) are required.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate international IT projects related to our global locations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across different countries.
• Manage timelines, tasks, documentation, and project updates.
• Keep internal stakeholders aligned and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the planning and implementation of location-related projects.
• Help identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
