Job summary

Imperial Brands Warsaw is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the journey of branded products from idea to launch. You will coordinate across supply chain, marketing, regulatory and manufacturing, acting as the go-to person to keep projects organized, stakeholders aligned and changes delivered on time.

The role requires strong project management, English fluency, and solid IT skills with MS Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong IT literacy with MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams) and related tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across levels and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact and guide for markets during initiation phase of projects.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings and establish scope, team and deliverables.
• Ensure projects follow PIP, GSC and I2L processes and timing.
• Drive product launch/change initiatives within budget and quality requirements.
• Coordinate activities across central and local functions; resolve bottlenecks.
• Support continuous improvement and change management with a growth mindset.
