Job summary

RÖDL is hiring a Junior IT Project Manager to support and coordinate international IT projects across our global locations, with offices in Poznań and other cities. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage timelines, tasks, and documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in PM and some project coordination experience, plus strong language skills in Polish, English, and German.

Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• First professional experience in project management, operations, facilities, or similar field.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, timelines and external partners is an advantage.
• Strong interest in international projects and global operations.
• Polish, English and German language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Confident using Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate international IT projects for our global locations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across different countries.
• Manage timelines, tasks, documentation, and project updates.
• Keep internal stakeholders aligned and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support planning and implementation of location-related projects.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
