Job summary

Solenis is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to elevate our end-to-end logistics performance across the European supply chain. You will own transport and warehouse analytics, build dashboards, and drive data-backed decisions in a regulated environment.

Hybrid work in Warsaw with three days in the office and two remote, reporting to the logistics excellence function. You will partner across operations, procurement, and customer service to improve cost, reliability, and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transport, logistics analytics in regulated industries.
• Advanced skills Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with AI/machine learning tools.
• Experience with SAP, TMS.
• Strong ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Knowledge of transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, CLP) and chemical warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service performance of carriers and build dashboards for on-time delivery.
• Model transport scenarios to support network redesign and carrier mix decisions.
• Develop dashboards tracking warehouse KPIs and conduct root-cause analyses of deviations.
• Support cost optimization by analyzing freight spend and benchmarking 3PL performance.
• Collaborate on SC visibility tooling and Lean/Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
