Job summary

Solenis is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to optimize end-to-end European supply chain performance across transport and warehousing. The role blends operations, procurement and customer service to drive data-backed decisions that cut costs and improve reliability.

You will own transport and warehouse analytics, build dashboards, model scenarios, and collaborate with global teams to implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transport, logistics or supply chain analytics in regulated sectors.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience with SAP and TMS systems supporting logistics operations.
• Knowledge of transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, CLP) and chemical warehousing rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze carrier service performance and build dashboards for on-time delivery and core transport.
• Create cost dashboards (cost per lane, accessorials, demurrage, dwell time) and explain variances.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and model transport scenarios for network changes.
• Develop dashboards for warehouse KPIs and track inventory accuracy, throughput, and dwell time.
• Support SC visibility tooling, apply AI/ML models, and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Benchmark 3PL performance and help build cost-control tooling with the Hub team.
