Job summary

Solenis in Warsaw is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support global sourcing by executing orders, maintaining SAP data, and negotiating terms with suppliers. You will prepare purchase orders and manage outline agreements while generating reports to help optimize supplier performance.

This hybrid role offers growth into Sourcing and other areas within the organization, with opportunities to collaborate across global teams and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, contracts and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills to generate and interpret reports.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or sourcing support.
• SAP experience is required to manage procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and outline agreements in SAP.
• Implement pricing, terms, and contracts for suppliers to secure requested conditions.
• Maintain accurate supplier and product information in SAP, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate and analyze procurement and performance reports to support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
