Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków seeks a People Development Specialist (Temporary position) to build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services. Hybrid work and a 6-month fixed-term contract are offered.

The role supports global Talent Development and Compliance Academy, with focus on CrossKnowledge platform management. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in L&D or training management, strong data reporting skills, and proficiency in Office 365.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training management and/or user experience environment
• Experience with data reporting and analytics (intermediate)
• Ability to work in a virtual team with a high level of autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder confidence
• Proficiency in Office 365

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of the global learning platform (CrossKnowledge)
• Build learning channels and training programs to meet stakeholders’ requirements and goals
• Manage training assignments (registrations, progress tracking, learner management)
• Consult with stakeholders and SMEs to collect requirements and develop content
• Manage content (upload, review, update, test and assign)
• Collaborate with SMEs and admin network to present system functionalities and provide training
• Work with IT and vendors to ensure best user experience
• Develop and update governance policies and guidelines
