Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków seeks a People Development Specialist (Temporary position) to build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services. Hybrid work and a 6-month fixed-term contract are offered.

The role supports global Talent Development and Compliance Academy, with focus on CrossKnowledge platform management. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in L&D or training management, strong data reporting skills, and proficiency in Office 365.

About the role:

In this role you will be a member of the People Development Specialist (PDS) Team, which mainly supports the global network of Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management colleagues. You will work closely with Group Compliance Academy, who support the development of specific capabilities within our organization. Your role will be to build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services.

Contract type:

Fixed term contract, temporary employment – 6 months with a possibility to extend it.

Responsibilities:

As aSpecialist for Technical Academies, your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

• Manage administration of the global learning platform (powered by CrossKnowledge)
• Build learning channels and training programs to meet stakeholders’ requirements and goals
• Manage training assignments (registrations, progress tracking, learner management)
• Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect requirements and develop content (build and edit simple courses using appropriate tools such as Articulate, Synthesia)
• Manage relevant content (upload, review, update, test and assign)
• Actively manage training programs ensuring that queries/issues are resolved
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and admin network to present system functionalities, provide system training and find optimal solutions
• Work with internal IT department and external vendors to ensure highest possible user experience
• Develop and update policies and guidelines to ensure proper level of governance is in place

Candidate’s profile:

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in arole within learning and development, training management and/or user experience environment
• Experience with data reporting and analytics(intermediate level)
• Ability to work in a virtual team with a high level of autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Office 365

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

• Training Design and Build – knowledge of UX/UI

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
