We are looking for an Internal Controls Testing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.As an Internal Controls Testing Specialist, you will provide independent and objective assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of the control environment, in accordance with the Zurich Internal Controls Integrated Framework (ICIF) Policy. You will actively contribute to the development of the internal controls environment across the organization by ensuring compliance with Zurich methodology and guidelines.
In this role, you will leverage the team's Agentic AI solution to support internal controls testing activities and contribute to the continuous enhancement of this innovative tool. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations, supporting a robust and efficient controls framework while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
