You will build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, training management or UX environment.
• Ability to collect requirements and translate them into content.
• Proficiency with data reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of the global learning platform (CrossKnowledge).
• Build learning channels and training programs to meet stakeholder goals.
• Manage training registrations, progress tracking and learner management.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content using Articulate and Synthesia.
• Update and govern training content and policies; ensure effective delivery.
• Partner with IT and vendors to optimize user experience.
